DPP4（Dipeptidyl Peptidase 4，二肽基肽酶4，又称 CD26）是定位于人染色体 2q24.2 的 II 型跨膜糖蛋白，兼具胞外丝氨酸外切酶活性与免疫共刺激功能：作为酶可特异性切除多肽 N 端的 X‑Pro/X‑Ala 二肽，降解 GLP‑1、GIP 等肠促胰素调控糖代谢。
