| I. Background | |
| ICOS 是一种在 T 细胞活化后才被诱导表达的共刺激受体,而 ICOSL 是其配体,主要 组成性表达于 B 细胞和抗原呈递细胞表面。两者的核心作用机理在于,当活化的 T 细胞 (特别是滤泡辅助性 T 细胞)迁移至淋巴滤泡并与 B 细胞相遇时,ICOS 与 ICOSL 的结合 为 T 细胞给予了关键的共刺激信号,这主要顺利获得激活 PI3K 等下游通路,驱动 T 细胞增殖、 存活及产生细胞因子(如 IL-21),从而精确调控生发中心反应,最终促进 B 细胞进行抗 体亲和力成熟与类别转换,产生高效体液免疫。 | |
