CD54（ICAM-1）是编码细胞间黏附分子-1 的跨膜糖蛋白基因，属于免疫球蛋白超家 族，定位于人类第 19 号染色体。其编码的蛋白顺利获得免疫球蛋白样结构域介导白细胞与内皮 细胞的黏附，参与免疫细胞迁移、T 细胞活化及炎症反应调控。CD54 在 TNF-α、IFN-γ等 炎症因子刺激下表达上调，是免疫应答的关键调节因子。病理状态下，其过表达与癌症转 移（如三阴性乳腺癌）、自身免疫病（如类风湿关节炎）及病毒感染（如鼻病毒）密切相 关。临床中，可溶性 CD54（sICAM-1）作为炎症和癌症预后的生物标志物，抗 CD54 抗体 则用于移植排斥、自身免疫病治疗。最新研究聚焦于 CD54 靶向基因治疗（如造血干细胞 递送系统）及癌症免疫疗法（如纳米药物联合治疗），展现其在精准医学中的潜力。 |
