| I. Background | |||
| CD20 基因位于人类染色体 11q12 区域，编码一种分子量约 33-37kDa 的跨膜磷蛋白， 主要表达于 B 淋巴细胞发育的成熟阶段（前 B 细胞至浆细胞前体）。该蛋白由四个跨膜结 构域和两个胞外环组成，其胞内段缺乏酶活性，但可顺利获得形成同源四聚体参与调控 B 细胞 受体信号传导及钙离子内流，在 B 细胞活化、增殖及分化过程中发挥关键作用。CD20 蛋 白特异性表达于 B 细胞谱系（除浆细胞外），使其成为 B 细胞恶性肿瘤治疗的重要靶点。 此外，CD20 靶向治疗在自身免疫性疾病（如类风湿性关节炎、多发性硬化）中也展现出 应用潜力，其表达调控机制仍是当前免疫学研究热点。 | |||
